Terms & Conditions | KailashVaani

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KailashVaani platform (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Nextvert Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a seva or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service

KailashVaani facilitates spiritual seva services, primarily Baba Dham Seva, on behalf of devotees ("Users"). Users may book puja and seva services through the Platform. Seva execution may include temple visit, Gangajal offering, sankalp and prayer rituals performed by our team on the User's behalf.

2. Booking & Payment

Payment must be completed online before the booking is confirmed.
Bookings are only confirmed after successful payment is received.
Users must provide a correct WhatsApp number and accurate personal details for seva updates and delivery.

3. Seva Delivery & Proof

Users will receive photos and videos of the yatra and sankalp via WhatsApp.
Estimated seva completion time is 3–4 days from the start date.
Timelines may vary due to temple crowd, weather, religious occasions, or other unforeseen operational constraints.

4. User Conduct

KailashVaani reserves the right to reject, cancel or refuse any booking that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spiritual outcomes are personal in nature and cannot be guaranteed. KailashVaani and Nextvert Pvt. Ltd. perform the ritual on the User's behalf with sincerity but make no representation regarding personal spiritual results. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific seva.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
