Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all seva bookings made on the KailashVaani platform, operated by Nextvert Pvt. Ltd.

1. Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before the Seva Date

If you cancel a booking more than 7 days before the scheduled seva date, 50% of the amount will be deducted towards operational and planning costs, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

2. Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Seva Date

Cancellations made within 7 days of the seva date are non-refundable, as temple arrangements, pandit scheduling and operational planning are already in place.

3. After Seva Has Started

No refund will be issued once the seva has started or has been completed.

4. Refund Timeline

Where a refund is applicable, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a booking, write to us at support@kailashvaani.com with your booking ID and registered phone number.
