Service Delivery Policy

This policy describes how seva bookings on KailashVaani, operated by Nextvert Pvt. Ltd., are delivered and considered complete.

1. Service Completion Timeline

Seva is typically completed within 3–4 days from the date of booking confirmation (i.e. successful payment).

2. Proof of Seva

Users will receive seva proof in the form of photos and videos of the yatra, sankalp and chadhava, delivered via WhatsApp to the number provided at booking.

3. Peak Periods

During high rush periods such as Shravan, Mahashivratri, and other festive occasions, delivery timelines may extend due to temple crowd and operational load. We will keep you informed via WhatsApp.

4. Completion

Service is considered completed once ritual proof (photos / videos) has been shared with the User.
